Senior's Programs
Our Healthy Living program offers you three different classes to choose from: Low
Water Works is perfect for beginners or advanced, and is great for
those suffering from arthritis, osteoporosis, or hip and knee
replacements.
F.I.T.T.
(Friends In Training Together) is designed to introduce you to the
basics of a balanced wellness program by incorporating resistance,
strength training and cardiovascular activities.
Walking Strength incorporates
cardiovascular exercise, strength machines and functional training
activities to help strengthen your everyday activities.
