Group Exercise
At
the heart of our outstanding facility is our group exercise program.
Group exercise is much more than just "aerobics". It consists of a
balanced, motivational and fun program encompassing cardiofitness,
strength training, flexibility and toning. Many different types of
classes are available for participants of at every fitness level -
beginner to advanced! A weekly class schedule conveniently highlights
each class by instructor and time. Our expert team of instructors are
foremost in the city and nationally certified.
