Group Exercise

At the heart of our outstanding facility is our group exercise program. Group exercise is much more than just "aerobics". It consists of a balanced, motivational and fun program encompassing cardiofitness, strength training, flexibility and toning. Many different types of classes are available for participants of at every fitness level - beginner to advanced! A weekly class schedule conveniently highlights each class by instructor and time. Our expert team of instructors are foremost in the city and nationally certified.



They teach with an emphasis on fun, encouragement, professional coaching and personal care. An orientation is available every Saturday at 12:30 for the beginner to feel comfortable and confident in a regular class. Classes meet in different areas of the club depending on the class scope of the class. The class schedule is made up of Low Impact, Step, Kick Boxing, Yoga, Aqua, Group Cycling, Strength Circuit, Abs, Fusion and many more. A brief introduction is always available prior to class by consulting with an instructor.

Class Descriptions

For the beginners: emphasis will be placed on proper technique and form while performing either our Level I or Level II exercise programs. Our Trainers will ask the necessary questions to ensure safety, fun and satisfaction! Workout cards are provided to aid in documenting workouts and to provide structure and reminders for future workouts. Beginners are encouraged to meet with our Trainers more regularly to review current programs and to gradually learn additional equipment.

For the intermediate and advanced: our staff will orient you to our club and to our various programs. The focus will be on variety, intensity and individuality! Specific equipment orientations and personalized workout routines are available with our Trainers through appointments at our Fitness Desk.

Additional programming options: Group Classes: Separate form the Group Exercise Studio schedule, Circuit Classes and Abdominal Classes are held throughout the week and led by our Personal Trainers. These classes will provide a coach for the beginners and a challenging workout for the intermediate to advanced. Schedules are posted throughout the club for more information.
