| "Lunch-n-Learn” Seminars
Educational seminars are
included in your corporate membership.These interactive, educational
and motivational sessions are typically held at your corporate site for
maximum convenience or can be hosted at Pyramids Health & Fitness
Club if you prefer. Our professional speakers present topics such as:
- Nutrition 101
- Group or Individual Weight Management
- Healthy Snacking – Practical Tips and Menu Planning
- Stress Busters – Stress Management Tips and Techniques
- Basic Goal Setting
- ABC's of Strength Training
- Strengthen & Tone Your Abdominal and Back Muscles
- Stretch for Safety - Preventing Workstation Discomfort

Health Fairs
A company wide health
fair is a great way to show your staff that you care about the varied
aspects of their lives. If your company hosts a health fair, our staff
will represent Pyramids Wellness Centers with health and fitness
information and fun interactive activities. Your staff will leave with
information, ideas and resources needed to take a proactive approach to
their well being. Assisting in one Health Fair per year is included in
your corporate membership.
Additional Wellness Programming Opportunities
If
your company is interested in additional programming and classes,
Pyramids offers group exercise classes and workshops at a nominal cost
to your employees.
