Adult Fitness Programming

Step One:
Goal Assessment and Personal Wellness Plan


As a new member you will meet with one of our Certified Fitness Professionals who will perform a comprehensive consultation and goal assessment. This meeting will ensure that you will head in the right direction, based on your goals and abilities. From there, your Fit Pro will assist you in developing a program that utilizes all the assets of  your membership including personal or small group training.

Step Two: 
Fundamentals

Once we determine your goals and uncover any limitations, we provide our Fundamentals training for the next few weeks.  Fundamentals is designed to teach the core movement patterns necessary to participate in any level of our training and reach your goals.  We coach cardiofitness in these sessions as well so that each training session is optimized to achieve results.

Step Three:
Workout


Achieving your goals will be a direct result of what you do and equally, what you do not do.  The first 90 days are critical to your success.  During this time we want to make sure you are doing the activities that are most beneficial to reaching your goals.  We provide leadership based training services such as:
